ElderCareHub began with a simple observation: when a parent starts needing help, families coordinate through a chaotic mix of group texts, sticky notes, photographed pill bottles, and half-remembered phone calls. The information exists — it just lives in twelve places at once.

We build one calm home for it all. One household, one timeline, one permission system — so the question “How is everyone doing, and what needs our attention today?” always has an answer.

The platform supports aging parents, adults with disabilities and support needs, people recovering from surgery or stroke, and the family members and professional caregivers who help them. It is person-centered, permission-driven, accessibility-first, and deliberately not a medical device: ElderCareHub organizes what families and clinicians enter, and never diagnoses, prescribes, or makes emergency decisions.
