Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 24, 2026
ElderCareHub is designed for older adults, people with disabilities, and busy caregivers. Accessibility is a core product requirement, not an afterthought.
Standards
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the platform.
The interface uses large touch targets, visible focus states, text alongside icons, and never communicates status through color alone.
Built-in accessibility features
Light and dark themes with high-contrast options.
Senior UX profiles: Standard, Large Text, Extra Large, High Contrast, and Simplified Mode.
Full keyboard navigation and screen-reader semantics with ARIA labels.
Reduced-motion support honors your operating system preference.
Nine interface languages, including right-to-left support for Arabic.
Senior-Friendly Mode
A distinct simplified experience shows one or two major actions at a time with very large text and buttons — designed with and for older adults.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email accessibility@eldercarehub.app. We treat accessibility bugs with the same priority as security issues.
